Learning is a process that never ends and as start and mature in our walk with Christ, it is important to have people with the same beliefs by your side. Grow Street Ministries at Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church offers many opportunities to build those relationships and continue to learn about the Word of God and how to walk closely with Him on a daily basis. Join us and let us help find the perfect fit for you and your family. For more information about any of the opportunities below, please submit the form at the bottom of this page.

Connect Groups

Sunday mornings from 9:30 -10:15 am. Though not divided by age groups, this is a time for similar minded groups to come together to study the word of God. Options are available depending on your study preferences from book studies to traditional Bible curriculum studies. We welcome you to talk to us, visit and let's find a good fit for you and your family. Children's classes meet at this same time.

sunday worship

Sunday mornings from 10:30 am - 11:30 am. This service starts out with mix of contemporary and traditional music, followed by a sermon from scripture. Generally last 60 minutes and serves as an opportunity to praise, worship, and learn about Jesus Christ.
Children's Church and Nursery is provided during this time.

Wednesday Prayer MEeting

Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
A midweek service to bring our congregation and community needs before God. This traditional prayer service also provides us a chance to thank God for his blessings.
Children's opportunities are held during this time through Faith Friends and Wednesday Teen Meetings in the gymnasium.

music Ministry

Our music ministry is one of the best in our area. If you find that you would like to share your music talent with our church, feel free to reach out to our music director Buddy Johnson. We currently have a full band and a praise team, but opportunities are always available.

Women Active for Christ

WAC was organized at Colquitt Free Will Baptist in the 1960s and has continued to grow to this day. Currently meets monthly on the first Monday of the month in the fellowship hall at 6:00 pm. Each year the WAC hosts an area wide Upsie Daisy Ladies Night and most recently members have organized a Ladies Retreat at Pine Mountain, Georgia. WAC is also a part of the state and national Women Active for Christ programs.
